Grant applications and appeals
For an application update, eligibility decision, banking change or appeal, use the relevant official service. The SASSA SRD portal is https://srd.sassa.gov.za/ and the DSD appeal service is https://srd.dsd.gov.za/appeals/appeal. Our website support contact cannot approve a grant, change your official records or promise a payment date.
